Owners Nick and Niki Vercollone are the husband-and-wife team behind every project at Highline Construction. Their combined talent and years of experience in professional residential construction, custom carpentry and design result in award-winning homes and spaces built to stand the test of time.

Highline's roots go back 30 years when Nick began his training working as carpenter's helper on some of the country's grandest homes in New York's Westchester County, eventually rising to the role of project manager. Trained by the best, it was during this time that Nick discovered and refined his innate talent for home building, while gaining expertise across all trades at the highest level. 

After moving to Boston to manage the development of several multi-family properties, Nick opened Highline Construction in 2010. His affinity for historic homes and complex renovations led him to realize New England was the perfect place to pursue his passion. A master carpenter and experienced construction trades expert, Nick is also LEED AP Certified and infuses energy-efficient materials and building practices into every project. 

Niki has been his partner throughout, shifting careers from a marketing director role within the residential design space to managing Highline's back office full time in 2019.  She keeps her eye on every project, as her strong acumen in architectural and interior design has been a secret weapon for the company, ensuring their clients' and design partners' visions are fully realized. Together with their team of skilled tradesmen, project managers and administrative staff, Highline Construction brings innovation, excellence and integrity to every project, no matter how big or small.
